When did you start working for Roland DG?
Roland DG Australia first hired me in June 2016, I worked previously with Accord Henry Schein as a Dental consultant and trainer (in Thailand, I was in charge of 2connect dental”, the HS CAD CAM division), and I’ve joined John Wall Australian team, with the recommendation of Conrad Birkett and Gino Farina. In July 2019, I joined DGSHAPE HQ (Japan) in the same position and responsibilities, and I’m also a dental advisor for Global sales units.
What roles did you play?
My prominent role is to develop dental CAD CAM business in an emerging region such as SE Asia; since there is no BU or MD here, I am working directly with the local resellers in the 9 ASEAN countries, supporting them with sales, support, marketing, and training (i am a certified master dental technician from France).
Why do you like working in DGSHAPE?
1st thing I like the most is the excellent relationship I have developed with SE Asia resellers, teams, and many end-users in the region. It’s hard to be constantly reached all day by many people, but it’s a sign of their trust and proof that they value me. I am also lucky to have developed such a great connection with my co-worker, and I feel trusted and valued by them together; we have achieved very high goals this year : )
Write a funny anecdote about yourself.
When I was in high school in France, I was oriented on studying industrial engineering and doing some projects using manual CNC milling machines… later on, after high school, I started to study Dental technician, got my diploma, and worked in this industry for 20 years. Today, I am working now with a Dental CNC manufacturer, capitalizing on all my past knowledge, but in an unexpected way! : )
