How we began

Like most entrepreneurial ventures, R.A. Dental Laboratory traces its humble beginnings to years of exposure to dental laboratory work by its owner and founder, Mr. Modesto “Manding” Abillon, a self-taught dental technician in the beginning, and now a certified Dental Technologist, who rose from the ranks out of his insatiable desire to learn new process and techniques, sheer determination and the will to prevail against seemingly insurmountable odds.

In 1991, with the unwavering support of his family, Mr. Abillon decided to set up his laboratory in a leased property along Kalentong, Manila. Since then, the company has devoted resources to training more technicians and acquiring more equipment to accommodate a growing client base.  R.A. Dental Laboratory eventually moved to a company-owned five-story complex in San Juan, Manila and, later on established a branch in Pulilan, Bulacan, particulary to serve the needs of dentists in the central and north Luzon region.  To this day, Mr. Modesto Abillon and his family continue to be the moving force behind R.A. Dental Laboratory, exploring new avenues for growth.
