Hi everyone!

My name’s Lirim Gela.

I started working with Roland in 2017. My first role was taking care of the technical and sales assistance side of the business. This involved supporting our clients in all their different countries by solving any problems and answering their requests, helping the team to grow and providing the market with technical assistance. I worked in this capacity for 3 years, gradually increasing my technical and professional skills along the way.

Then, at the beginning of 2021, I became a CAD/CAM Product & Technical coordinator.

I like working with DGSHAPE  A Roland Company because it is stimulating. Meeting new people from around the world, testing new materials, and searching for new solutions for our products is very rewarding. Because our business is continuously developing, I am also constantly learning new things and, from a professional and personal point of view, this helps me move forward.
